The Student Staff & Live-In Conference
The Annual Student Staff and Live-In Conference (SSLI) is designed for undergraduates and professionals alike! The Conference is typically held in November as a one-day drive-in event. This is a great opportunity for student staff and live-in professionals to gain valuable knowledge and network with hundreds of others around the region. REC is now accepting bids to host upcoming SSLI conferences. If you are interested, please contact the Committee Chairs.

In 2010, the SSLI Conference will be held at Temple University on November 6, 2010.

In 2011, the SSLI Conference will be held at Penn State University.

Please check the MACUHO homepage for information about these conferences as the date of the event draws near.

Academic Excellence Awards

Any Residence Life professional in the Mid-Atlantic region is encouraged to email the names of their qualifying staff members and the address where certificates can be sent to MACUHOREC@gmail.com by the end of February each year. In the email, please attach an Excel file with a column for each of the following items: Student Last Name, Student First Name, University. Please indicate staff members who received a 4.0 for special recognition. Packets of personalized certificates will be mailed back by April 15th.
