The Student Staff & Live-In Conference
The Annual Student Staff and Live-In Conference is designed for undergraduates and professionals alike! The Conference is typically held in November as a one-day drive-in event. This is a great opportunity for student staff and live-in professionals to gain valuable knowledge and network with hundreds of others around the region.
REC is now accepting bids to host next year’s conference. If you are interested, please contact the Committee Chairs.
Academic Excellence Awards
Academic Excellence Awards are given annually to all undergraduate student staff members in our region who have earned a fall semester GPA of 3.70 or above. Any Residence Life professional in the Mid-Atlantic region is encouraged to email the names of their qualifying staff members and the address where certificates can be sent to MACUHOREC@gmail.com by the end of February each year. Packets of personalized certificates will be mailed back by April 15. Please indicate staff members who received a 4.0 for special recognition.
