A new home is an amalgamation of new hopes, new dreams and a lot of new memories. We all dream of having our own space at a certain point in our lives. My husband and I are very excited about moving into our new address soon. However, being an interior designer by profession, I couldn’t stop myself from selecting the decor for my new home too. Luxe Linen Options: Most people carry along their old set of linens in their new homes and this looks tacky! I mean, you will invite your friends and family to pay a visit to your new home, won’t you? So, you should let them see that everything is new, including the linens! Linens can actually make or break the feel of a room. Shell out some money and get some luxe linen ASAP!
Lively Indoor Plants: For a greener and cooler home naturally, put a few indoor plants! You can search through the various options available in the marketplace. Also, you can do a bit of research on the best indoor plants and their usefulness on the internet before making the purchase. These plants are an amazing way to make your home feel fresh all the time!
A Few Artefacts: Lastly, don’t forget to buy a few artefacts. These can be paintings, showpieces, etc. which you are fond of! For example, you can fill one of the blank walls with porcelain plates of different shapes or hang a famous painting by a well-known painter in the wall behind a signature sofa in your living room!
